Class Descriptions
"The Shed - Functional Training"

RISE & GRIND - This Early Morning Functional Fitness class Is designed for you to start your day with a total body, heart pumping, aerobic and strength conditioning workout.
This interval-based class combines full-body strength training with high intensity cardio bursts designed to tone your body, improve your endurance and clear your mind before you start your busy day!
STRONG – This Function Strength base class is workout that focuses on building overall muscular strength through a combination of resistance training exercises using bodyweight, free weights, or machines, often incorporating circuit like training to target multiple muscle groups within the one session, designed to push your limits and deliver a
significant muscular burn.

CIRCUIT TRAINING – Our Circuit Training Class is a high-energy time set or TABATA style workout that involves performing a series of different exercises back-to-back with minimal rest between each movement, targeting multiple muscle groups throughout the body, often combining cardio, strength training, and core exercises to build muscular endurance, strength, and cardiovascular fitness in a fast-paced session.
TOTALLY HIIT - Our Signature "Totally HIIT" class is a fun, high-intensity interval training workout designed to push your body to its limits through bursts of maximal effort, aiming to maximize calorie burn and improve cardiovascular fitness and strength, often incorporating a variety of bodyweight movements and equipment for a full-body challenge.


HYROX – Our HYROX Group Session is a fitness workout designed to mimic the format of a HYROX race, which involves alternating between running and various functional exercises like sled pulls, sled pushes, burpees, rowers, wall balls, and sandbag lunges, aiming to build both cardiovascular endurance and muscular strength through a high-intensity circuit; essentially, it's a group training session that prepares individuals for the demanding challenges of a HYROX competition, however this fun challenging class is for everyone! Have you got what it takes?
SILVER SNEAKERS – Our Silver Sneakers Class is a combination of weights, cardiovascular, balance and agility exercises, as well as functional movements that we need for everyday life. Plus, every class is different to help keep you motivated.
Improved fitness, strength, and mobility. Suitable for participants over the age of 55.

"The Studio - Mind Body"

YOGA TENSEGRITY- Is the equal balance of Strength and Space, Mobility and Stability, Tension and Reprieve. This 75minute Fascia-Derived Yoga focuses on the connective tissue that wraps around every muscle and organ in your body, keeping you flexible, strong, and aligned. In fascia-focused yoga, we dive deeper than traditional practice, unlocking tension and stress stored in this web of tissue, through gliding vinyasa sequences and delicious fascial flossing you will experience release of deep-seated tension, boost mobility and flexibility, enhance circulation & energy flow. Tensegrity is a fun style taught with education and strong inclusivity due to the vast range of students who make up our community.
POWER Yoga - This 90minute Practice will bring the heat with a combination of Strength and Dynamic Vinyasa style sequencing which focuses on foreshadowing to prep the body towards a peak pose incorporating breakdowns of arm balances, transitions and inversions, allowing for exploration within each pose.


YOGA FLOW: This 60minute Vinyasa Flow class encourages mindful movement, often linked with breath, while striving for light heartedness, discovery, and accessibility. It includes breakdowns of postures, allowing for exploration within each pose.
Appropriate for all levels.
PILATES SCULPT - This class puts a modern and Spicy twist to a classic mat workout.
It will focus on a variation of the Pilates mat workouts using props such as hand weights, the mini ball, ankle weights, Booty Bands, sliders, the Pilates magic circle ring and even sometimes the yoga block! This class will help develop a strong inner core while sculpting long and lean muscles. Get ready to sweat!


PILATES BASICS - Bringing it back to basics! This traditional mat-based Pilates workout focuses on core strength, flexibility, balance, and overall body awareness. The class will lengthen and strengthen the muscles while giving you a full body workout. We will utilise the magic circle, Sliders, TheraBands, small ball, and light weights to help sculpt the body as well as increase strength and range of motion.
BARRE BURN - This class takes the flow, repetition and burn of barre to the next level with a combination of traditional barre, strength training movements and cardiovascular fitness.

BARRELATTES - This Pilates Barre Flow is a music-driven fusion of Pilates and Barre, all-over body awareness, strength, flexibility, and barre balance, this class sculpts your body, focuses your mind,and sends you back into your day feeling rejuvenated.

Traditional Group Fitness"
Group POWER - Group Power ® is a one-hour, cutting-edge strength training workout designed to get you muscle strong and movement strong. It combines traditional strength training with full-body, innovative exercises using an adjustable barbell, weight plates, body weight, The STEP ® , heart pounding music, and expert coaching.


Group BLAST - Group Blast® is 60 minutes of athletic cardio training that uses the STEP® in a wide variety of ways. This highly effective workout will get your heart pounding and sweat pouring as you improve your cardio fitness, agility, coordination, power, and strength with exciting music and motivational coaching.
Group ACTIVE - Group Active® is a high energy one-hour workout that improves cardiovascular fitness, builds total-body strength, and enhances Movement Health for daily life. Inspiring music and professional coaching will ensure you succeed with a wide variety of innovative and athletic exercises using dumbbells, body weight, and a step.


Group FIGHT - Group Fight® is a fun explosive cardio workout fuelled by MMA moves from inside and outside the cage. You are your own opponent in this high-energy experience that borrows training styles from mixed martial arts, kickboxing, Muay Thai, karate, functional athletic training, and so much more....Get ready to Fight!
